Privacy Policy

Hotel Sales Mastery is operated by Alcor Getaways, A12 Neemrana City Center, Neemrana, Rajasthan 301705, India ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you register for our webinar, why we collect it, who we share it with and the rights you have under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

What we collect

When you fill in the registration form we collect:

• Your name, WhatsApp/phone number and email address
• Your city and state
• Property details: property name, number of rooms, current occupancy and your biggest challenge
• Your role at the property

We also record basic visit information (an anonymous visitor ID, the page visited, the ad campaign that brought you, and whether you use a mobile or desktop device).

Why we use it

• To register you for the webinar and send your joining details
• To send reminders by phone and WhatsApp
• To follow up with you about our programmes and offers
• To measure and improve our advertising and this website

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you register. You can withdraw it at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf:

• Meta (Meta Pixel) — advertising measurement
• Google Tag Manager — managing website measurement tags
• Our WhatsApp messaging provider — webinar confirmations and reminders
• Our CRM provider — managing follow-ups
• Supabase — secure hosting of our database

Sharing with Meta for advertising

When you reserve your seat, the form shows this notice under the button: "By reserving your seat you agree to our Privacy Policy, including sharing your details with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to measure ads. You can opt out any time." Submitting the form with that notice is how we record your agreement; earlier registrations used an optional tick-box, and we record which method applied. We then share registration and purchase events with Meta for ad measurement and optimisation. Email, phone with country code, first and last name, city, state, country and lead ID are SHA-256 hashed before server sharing. Hashing is not anonymisation. IP address, browser information and permitted Meta cookies are shared without hashing. Purchase events include ₹499 INR. Visitors in the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland are not treated as agreeing through the notice, and nothing is shared for them on that basis. We do not send these advertising events when you have refused advertising cookies, when you opt out, or when your browser sends Global Privacy Control. Earlier registrations without recorded advertising acceptance are not used for customer matching.

We retain the acceptance time, notice version and method (notice or tick-box), including the data, purpose and Meta recipient described here, and preserve that evidence when consent is withdrawn. To opt out at any time, email mohnish@group2001.in or write to Alcor Getaways at A12 Neemrana City Center, Neemrana, Rajasthan 301705, India. We mark your advertising consent withdrawn and stop future Meta sends, including follow-up reporting linked to your registration. Withdrawal does not delete reports already lawfully sent to Meta. Meta send logs contain no customer details except the lead reference and expire after 90 days.

How long we keep it

We keep your registration details for as long as you remain in contact with us about our webinars and programmes, and delete or anonymise them when you ask us to or when they are no longer needed. Anti-spam records (a scrambled form of your IP address) are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you can:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or update inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time — we will stop sending you messages and calls
• Raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India
